🇵🇸 Arab League Identifies 60 Israeli Entities as Terrorist Organizations
In a significant move, the Arab League has branded 60 Israeli organizations as terrorist entities, accusing them of complicity in the genocide against the Palestinian people. This decision paves the way for potential legal actions against the implicated entities.
Additionally, the Arab League has unanimously agreed to boycott 97 companies and institutions operating within Israeli settlements, aligning its stance with the database of the Human Rights Council. Member states of the Arab League are now expected to promptly enforce these resolutions, signaling a unified stance against Israeli actions in the occupied territories.
Furthermore, the regional organization has strongly condemned Israel’s systematic campaigns of incitement against the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA). It has called upon countries that have reduced their funding to the humanitarian agency to reconsider their decisions, emphasizing the importance of sustained support for Palestinian refugees.
The Arab League has also urged ministries and organizations focused on childhood and motherhood within Arab countries to collaborate in providing medical and humanitarian assistance to Palestinian children in Gaza, and the West Bank affected by Israeli aggression. This assistance is particularly crucial for those who have been orphaned or left physically disabled as a result of Israeli attacks and massacres.
Highlighting the dire situation in Rafah, the Arab League has expressed concern over the potential forcible displacement of approximately 1.5 million Palestinians to southern regions of the Gaza Strip near the Egyptian border. It views such actions as part of systematic Israeli aggression and categorizes them as an “attack on Arab national security.”
