Overview
Well away from the tourist end of town and very much in the burbs of Vang Vieng, Saphaothong is large, clean and cool. There is a front balcony overlooking a school, and some mountain scenery. A small balcony at the back has a nice view but no furniture. The rooms are fan cooled, and have a clean bathouroom with hot shower.
