Adding custom banners to region articles and other, non-city articles

• Locate a good image that is at least 1800 pixels wide. (Wikimedia Commons link in sidebar a start point; 3000+ pixels wide is even better)
• Crop to 7:1 ratio and upload to commons (with different name) (CropTool at Commons a good tip)
• Edit {{pagebanner}} on the article
• Also good to add page banner entry in Wikidata
