Akyaka
From Halal Explorer
caption=Off İngiliz Limanı, "English Harbour" and the Gulf of Gökova Akyaka is a village in the province of Muğla in Türkiye. It's a waterfront community on the Gulf of Gökova, an indentation of the Aegean Sea. The nearby Gökova is a slightly larger town on the junction of the roads leading to Muğla, Marmaris and Fethiye. Although giving the gulf its name, Gökova is a couple kilometers inland from the coastline. The tourism industry and most travellers often use the names of these two villages interchangably and with just a short distance inbetween and they can be considered one and the same.
